1. Scope of Warranty

1.1. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use in accordance with the product documentation supplied with each unit.

1.2. It applies only to the original purchaser (end-user) and is non-transferable.

1.3. “Normal use” means use in a rehabilitation, clinical, or home-based therapy setting as described in the relevant user manual, and not subject to misuse, neglect, abuse, modification, unauthorised repair, or use in a manner inconsistent with the intended purpose.

1.4. Consumable parts, wear-and-tear items, accessories (unless explicitly included), and cosmetic damage (such as scratches, dents, or fading) are excluded unless otherwise stated.

1.5. The warranty period begins on the date of original purchase (as shown on the invoice or proof of purchase).

Coverage under the extension begins immediately after the standard warranty period ends and continues for the additional term purchased.

3.3. Extended warranty coverage is subject to all terms and conditions of this policy and must be continuous. Lapses or non-payment will void the extension.
